<p>There it is. I am a little disappointed in my eating habits for the last 30 days. So, if you are getting ready to do this or start the last 30 days, make sure you are eating right!!</p>
<p>I haven&#8217;t measured my body fat % yet, but I am pretty sure I am still going to be working on that by running and some of the p90x videos. Stay tuned if you wish <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Overall, I am very happy that I completed this program, regardless of the results.</p>
<p>Starting Weight: 142, Ending weight: 130.</p>
<p>Overall Inches lost in Waist: 4.5</p>
<p>Overall Inches lost in Hips: 3</p>
<p>Overall Inches lost in Abductors: 2.5</p>
<p>In Chest: 3 in</p>
<p>Arms and thighs: 1 in each</p>
<p><strong>Total Inches Lost on Body: </strong>18</p>
<p>&#8220;My Transformation&#8221; isn&#8217;t over yet. I will be back at the end of this week to discuss my first week of my running training!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I must say the past several weeks (since school started back) I have been a mess. BUT with that said, I STILL have done all the workouts:). I haven&#8217;t written down anything Ive ate, and my boyfriends birthday was last week and I ate cake, and all sorts of junk.</p>
<p>I wanted to post because I know there may be people looking for advice or help with Chalean extreme. I love this program even though the workout videos are getting old. I am looking forward to setting new fitness goals on day 90 (which will include cardio endurance related goals such as running and ideal body fat percentage).</p>
<p>This program has completely changed my life relating not only to fitness but to attitude, motivation and stress. Dont have TIME to do chalean extreme? YOUR the person who needs to do this.</p>
<p>I did the LAST lean circuit 3 today and pushed it. I ended up doing 12 plank push ups (if you know what these are than you will know that is an accomplishment). I also did 12 traveling push ups (after that in the same workout) and 12 army crawls.</p>
<p>Even if I dont think my pictures on day 90 is where I was hoping to be, I know I have gotten SO much stronger, and I know I will feel accomplished. Even if I am not at the size or weight I was hoping to be at on day 90, I still worked out for 90 days. I still did it. I still win.</p>
<p>Stay tuned&#8230; results are coming soon. All I wish is that I will see a difference from day 60 to day 90&#8230;</p>

		<description><![CDATA[So I must be honest&#8230; I have been un-motivated and tired here lately. It could be a number of reasons: getting ready to start the lady cycle, school starting back/being stressed, and getting bored with the workouts. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I must be honest&#8230; I have been un-motivated and tired here lately. It could be a number of reasons: getting ready to start the lady cycle, school starting back/being stressed, and getting bored with the workouts. Hey, at least it took until day 74 for me to get bored with the workouts <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . I did really good up until two days ago with writing down EVERYTHING I ate, and yesterday I had an excessive amount of wheat thins, cheese and wine while the boyfriend and I cooked a delicious homemade lasagna. It was fun, but I don&#8217;t even want to know how many calories I consumed. With school starting back I am taking 18 credit hours, 4 of those classes are senior level with many projects, and I started my yearlong internship at an elementary school so finding the time now is challenging&#8230; not to mention I am still trying to work.</p>
<p>I was waiting for me to fail <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  I did&#8230; BUT it is not the end yet&#8230; I have 16 days left. I may not reach my goal, but I am at least going to finish the whole 90 days. Starting lean week 3 today&#8230; I can make it&#8230;</p>

I need to focus more on those lunges, because they are getting easier&#8230; and it should be most difficult!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Anyway but I am doing better with my food now that school has started back. I pretty much have to plan what I eat for until dinner because I have to take food with me. I am feeling more toned lately&#8230; those Lean circuits really focus on the core without even realizing it&#8230; I like that. I have realized though, that this fitness program has become part of my daily life. I was thinking &#8220;hey, I am going to be at school until 7:45 tonight&#8230; guess I should work out before I leave the house in the morning! I didnt want to get out of bed but I did and I felt much better about myself.</p>
<p>Thats all for now.. 20 days left!!! (Eeek!!)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So first week of Chalean Extreme Lean Circuit complete and have started week two with lean circuit 1 for today. I must say I did great last week but lacked a a few times in the food department. However, still ended everyday with some sort of a deficit. I think my goal of a -750 calorie deficit was a little far stretched. I think my body needs those calories. I tried for two days and I felt sick and light headed.</p>
<p>Anyway, I definitely know why everyone says you see the most results in the lean month&#8230; the workouts are insane! My only issue is that the scale has said 127 for like four weeks now. Thats a little irritating.  Well, thats all for now. Still going strong!</p>
